The Honorable Member, Mr Egbert Aglae was born on 18th May 1980. He has two children.
In 2001, Hon. Aglae completed his studies Ministry of Health Centre for Health Studies. He also later obtained a Certificate in Pharmaceutical Dispensing and in Cytotoxic Reconstitution.
From 2002 to 2009, he worked as a Pharmaceutical Technician for the Ministry of Health.
Hon. Aglae joined politics in 2009 when he was appointed as the Coordinator for the Parti Lepep Secretariat from 2009 to 2011. And later was the District Administrator Port Glaud for five years.
In September 2016, he was selected as a Member of the 6th National Assembly for the district of Port Glaud for the Parti Lepep Political Party. He is now re-elected for the district of Port Glaud for the 7th Assembly under the United Seychelles Political Party.
Hon Aglae is a Member of the Standing Orders Committee, the International Affairs Committee, the Committee on Communicable Diseases, HIV/AIDS and SRHR and the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
