The International Affairs Committee Meet with a High Level Delegation from Rostov-on-Dov
The International Affairs Committee (IAC), chaired by Hon. Waven William met with a high-level delegation from the Rostov-on-Dov City Administration led by Mr. Yury Ovchinnikov, Deputy Head of the City Administration, who was also accompanied by H.E. Mr Artem Kozhin, the Ambassador of Russia to Seychelles.
