H.E. Mr. David Douglas Hamadziripi, the Ambassador of the Republic of Zimbabwe to the Republic of Seychelles paid a Courtesy Call on the Speaker of the National Assembly of Seychelles, Hon. Roger Mancienne on Thursday 28th October 2021.
During their discussions, H.E Mr. Hamadziripi conveyed compliments from the Speaker of the Parliament of Zimbabwe to the National Assembly of Seychelles through Speaker Mancienne.Both dignitaries spoke about the potential for further bilateral cooperation between the two countries in tourism and in exploring the possibility of strengthening the relationship between Seychelles and Zimbabwe to promote economic growth within the region.
H.E Ambassador Hamadziripi appealed for the strengthening of the relationships between the two Parliaments especially in the SADC Parliamentary Forum and the Pan African Parliament to continue the sharing of best practices and experiences.
The Speaker was accompanied by the Deputy Speaker, Hon. Gervais Henrie, Mrs. Tania Isaac, the Clerk to the National Assembly and Ms. Alexandria Faure, the Deputy Clerk.
