The outgoing Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Seychelles, H.E Mr. Vladimir Belous, paid a farewell visit to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon. Nicholas Prea this morning.
Both Ambassador Belous and Speaker Prea discussed the ongoing commitment between the two countries to continue enhancing and strengthening the bilateral and parliamentary relations.
The Speaker, who was accompanied by the Deputy Clerk of the National Assembly, Mrs. Tania Isaac thanked the Ambassador for the support throughout his 6-year tenure and expressed the hope that the current parliamentary exchanges and cooperation continues.
Ambassador Belous also paid a courtesy call on the Leader of the Opposition, Hon. Wavel Ramkalawan and will be meeting with the Leader of Government Business, Hon. Charles De Commarmond in the coming week.
